• Due to a high volume of mail, you may not receive a reply if your question is answered in my books, on my site (use the Search bar), or in one of my YouTube videos.
• I no longer diagnose what’s wrong with plants. For help with a sick succulent, please check this YouTube playlist or the “Pest and Damage Control” section of Designing with Succulents (pp. 137-143).
• Need help identifying a plant? Post its photo on a Facebook group such as Succulent Fanatics or Succulent Dreamers.
• My newsletter subscribers have priority. If an email arrives in response to a newsletter, I know it’s not spam.
